บริษัท นิพพาน ได้เริ่มดำเนินกิจการตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2551 ก่อตั้งขึ้นโดย คุณ จิรยุทธ์ เตียวสมบูรณ์กิจ ซึ่งได้ต่อยอดธุรกิจฟาร์มไก่ไข่และฟาร์มสุกรของครอบครัว ในชื่อ “จิ้นง่วนเส็ง” โดยเริ่มก่อตั้งโรงงานผลิตมูลไก่ไข่ มูลสุกรอัดเม็ด เพื่อจัดจำหน่ายออกสู่ตลาดปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ในประเทศไทย ด้วยนวัตกรรมการผลิตที่ทันสมัยและมาตรฐานคุณภาพที่โดดเด่น จึงทำให้ผลิตภัณฑ์ปุ๋ยมูลไก่ไข่และมูลสุกรอัดเม็ด เป็นที่ยอมรับของเกษตรกรทุกภูมิภาคในประเทศไทย ส่งผลให้กิจการเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็ว

            ต่อมาในปี พ.ศ. 2555 คุณ จิรยุทธ์ เตียวสมบูรณ์กิจ ได้ก่อตั้ง บริษัท นิพพาน อะโกรเทค จำกัด เพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวของฐานลูกค้าที่เติบโตอย่างรวดเร็ว ทั้งจากทางภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน 

           และในปี พ.ศ. 2557 บริษัท นิพพาน อะโกรเทค จำกัด ได้ขยายฐานการผลิต  โดยการสร้างโรงงานแห่งที่สอง เพื่อเพิ่มกำลังการผลิตที่จะสามารถรองรับกลุ่มลูกค้าต่างประเทศรวมถึงประชาคมอาเซียน ที่มีการสั่งซื้อสินค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง โรงงานแห่งที่สอง ตั้งอยู่บนเนื้อที่กว่า 400 ไร่ สามารถรองรับการจัดสรรวัตถุดิบ และการขยายเพิ่มเติมที่จะขึ้นในอนาคต ส่งผลให้บริษัท นิพพาน อะโกรเทค จำกัด เป็นโรงงานผลิตปุ๋ยมูลไก่ไข่ มูลสุกร ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ อัดเม็ดรายใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไทย ณ ปัจจุบัน

           Starting from 2009 Mr.Chirayut Tiewsomboonkit had extended hens and pigs farm "Jin Nguan Seng" of the family and start the production of hen and pig manure pellets and distribute to the market.

           With advanced innovation manufacturing and outstanding quality. The manure pellets was accepted throughout the farmer in all regions of Thailand. The Company had been rapidly grow since then.

           In 2012 Mr.Chirayut Tiewsomboonkit had founded “Nippan Agrotech Co.,Ltd”.to support the expansion market of both State and Private sectors. 

           In 2014 Nippan Agrotech Co.,Ltd. had expanded it’s production by building a new plant to increase production capacity to accommodate the continuity increasing of customers in asian countries.

          The new plant located on an area of over 400 rai (160acres or 64hectares), supports the allocation of raw materials and future expansion. The new plant had made Nippan Agrotech Co.,Ltd. to become the largest manufacturing of hen and pig manure pellets and organic fertilizer pellets in Thailand.
